CMI Award for Chemistry at the Interface of Medicine

The Emerging and Infectious Disease Program of the CMI sponsored the Award for Chemistry at Interface for Medicine on March 4, 2016 held at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel.   Leslie Wilson won the award at this annual graduate poster session sponsored by the Chemistry Department.  She was representing Leslie Somber’s Research Group (http://www4.ncsu.edu/~lasomber/somberslab.html).  This event provides an excellent opportunity for graduate students to present the results of their research in the diverse areas of Chemistry to the prospective PhD students and to interact with members of the RTP Community.  The EID Program of CMI is proud to sponsor this award.
