Linked In Highlights Shirwaiker’s Research

Connections In The News highlighted CMI-FTE member, Rohan A. Shirwaiker’s research.  Dr. Shirwaiker is an Associate Professor in the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering Department, and a part of the Advanced Manufacturing and Biomedical Manufacturing faculty groups. Aligning Living Cells Within 3D Printed Tissues Using Ultrasound covers his ground breaking study in 3D bioprinting.  CMI is proud to say this research was supported in the project’s initial stages by a CMI pilot study grant.
