Summer Interdisciplinary Research Initiative (SIRI)

The SIRI program funds an undergraduate student for one summer of full-time lab mentorship as well as research supplies. Students apply to available research positions in the Fall semester via CURiOuS (Connecting Undergraduates to Research Opportunities in the Sciences).

NIH-funded T34 fellowship provides funding for underrepresented juniors and seniors as well as a stipend, travel allowance, team mentoring, and professional development training.

Teamwork in Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Undergraduate Opportunities

The Teamwork in Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research (TIBR) minor and courses provide the foundation for students both in the U-TEAM program and any who are interested in mentoring and training in team science.
