CVM Open House, April 1, 2016
By Julie Nettifee
CMI Members – “Do you have great research to share? “Do you enjoy talking with potential ‘budding’ scientists?” “Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others by helping them to learn about comparative and translational medicine?” The 2017 Open House for the College of Veterinary Medicine has been set for April 1, 2017 and we need volunteers from each of the four program areas (Emerging and Infectious Disease, Functional Tissue Engineering, Translational Genomics and Genetics and Translational Pharmacology and Physiology) to take part and lead interactive exhibits!
Please mark your calendars and plan to take part in this upcoming program, which on an annual basis, brings approximately 10,000 visitors to the NC State campus. For this or other outreach volunteer opportunities, email CMI Program Associate, Julie Nettifee, janettif@ncsu.edu
We look forward to highlighting many of our new and current member’s discoveries through this interactive program.
