Intellectual Property Associate Member Workshop

CMI Associate Members and Office of Research and Innovation presented an intellectual property workshop on February 26, 2020 in the CVM Research Building RB101.

It covered the following topics:

• What is intellectual property (IP), what is worth protecting?
• Once you have IP, how do you take it to the next level to either start a company or sell it?
• What resources does NC State have to help in that process?

The presenters were Kultaran Chohan, Senior Licensing Associate & Adjunct and Associate Faculty, Becky Till, Licensing Analyst, as well as Wade Fulghum, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Office of Research Commercialization.
